Who handles your information

ASCEND manages this shop, its product updates and contact service. Use our contact form for privacy requests, questions or withdrawal of consent.

What you choose to share

When you join, we collect your email address, your product interest, the time and version of your consent, and campaign labels from the link you used. When you contact us, we collect your email address and message. Please don’t include sensitive information.

Why we use it

With your consent, we use waitlist details to send ASCEND launch news and product updates. Contact details are used to handle your request. Joining does not place an order, reserve stock or require a purchase. We use short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse of these forms.

Services involved

The website and its records are hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend sends internal notifications to ASCEND. Payments take place on Stripe’s hosted checkout, where Stripe processes payment and delivery information under its own privacy policy. ASCEND uses order information to fulfil purchases and provide customer support. These providers process information to operate the service and may process it outside your country. Their relevant contractual safeguards and privacy terms apply. We do not sell your contact details.

Advertising and tracking

If you allow optional measurement, we load the Meta Pixel and share page visits, checkout starts and confirmed purchase amounts with Meta to measure advertising. Meta may associate those events with its users and use advertising cookies. We do not send your card details or contact-form messages to Meta. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie choices. We honour browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. If you complete a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes that interaction under its own privacy policy. Campaign labels help us identify which message brought a registration; they are not a record of your browsing elsewhere.

Order confirmation

Stripe sends signed payment confirmations to our website. We retain the checkout identifier, an anonymous browser reference, amount, currency and confirmation time for up to 30 days, with expired records removed on the next payment notification. A secure essential cookie links the confirmation to your browser for 24 hours. Your payment and fulfilment records in Stripe are handled separately.

Retention and your choices

Waitlist records are kept for up to 12 months and contact messages for up to 6 months, unless removed earlier at your request. Records in notification emails are handled separately by ASCEND. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing.
